The GTI MK8 exhaust uses quality T304 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, a passive/active resonator in the front pipe and two canisters of Helmholtz drone canceling technology in the rear (no reduced inner cores for restrict flow), OE style connections, precision flange, copper gasket and hardware included. NOTES This exhaust kit provides an everyday driving experience without intrusive cabin drone, while a rich, aggressive sound is maximized under open throttle/high torque conditions. Comparatively, the OE exhaust system, when combined with the factory interior sound generator, or "Soundakotor", produces an unnatural low-frequency driving experience.
